Geddington Under-15's moved into 2nd place in the Corby & District Youth Cricket League Under-15's Division table, with a 8 wicket win against Great Oakley Under-15 at Great Oakley Cricket Club on Tuesday Evening.

Great Oakley batted first and made 78-6 off their 18 overs, Harrison Pullen (18) and Aidan Cullen (14) were the main run-scorers with the bat for the home side. Caitlyn Connelly, Daniel McDade, Drew Peel, Lewis Skorupa, Connor Napier and Joshua Knight all took a wicket each with the ball for Geddington.

In reply, Geddington reached their victory target of 79, with 10.3 overs and 8 wickets to spare, Sam Smith (24*) and D McDade (19* off 9 balls) including two sixes both finished unbeaten with the bat for the visitors, Knight (20) and Napier (11) were the two batsman who wickets were to fall. Cullen (1-16) and Robbie Wood (1-17) both took a wicket each with the ball for Great Oakley.
