It was normal service though at the start of 2020 as Hamworthy Rec kept their 100% record with their 12th straight victory after a 3-1 win against Balti Sports at Magna Road. Challengers Gillingham Town lost 2-0 at the Fortress against hosts Corfe Castle. Merley CS won for the 11th time this season after a narrow 1-0 win at home against Sturminster Newton, Portland Utd Reserves welcomed Westland Sports to Grove Corner with the "Blues" gaining a deserved 3-2 win. Wareham Rangers lost at Chapel Gate 3-2 against BS Parley. Dorchester Sports and Holt United shared the points after a 1-1 draw at the Avenue Stadium. In the 3pm kick off, Sherborne Town Reserves picked up a hard fought 3 points after a 3-2 win at St Marys field against Bridport Reserves, a win that sees the Zebras move off the bottom of the Table.
