The constitution of the 2015-16 Central Midlands Football League North division was confirmed at the league's AGM.

Like last season, there will be 18 teams competing with the vast majority of last season’s teams remaining with just the three changes to the division.

Leaving the division are Westella VIP who have been promoted to the NCEL Division One while Sherwood Colliery and Clay Cross Town have made the sideward move to the South Division to even out the divisions.

Coming into the league are Dronfield Town Reserves, who have been promoted from the Reserve Division of the CMFL, and Riccall United who won the York League last season as well as Retford FC, who are a brand-new club just formed this season that will play at Retford United’s ground.

The season will kick-off on Saturday 8th August and will conclude on the second Saturday of May.

CMFL North Division 2015-16:
Appleby Frodingham, Askern FC, Bentley Colliery, Bilsthorpe FC, Brodsworth Welfare, Dinnington Town, Dronfield Town Reserves, Easington United, GLAPWELL, Harworth Colliery, Newark Town, Ollerton Town, Phoenix FC, Retford FC, Riccall United, Thoresby Colliery, Thorne Colliery, Welbeck Welfare

It was also announced at the AGM that the league will, again, be sponsored by Abacus Lighting for the next five seasons.
