Glastonbury 3-5 Weston St Johns

Glastonbury slipped to home defeat on Wednesday evening against a physical Weston St Johns side who deserved their victory. Sam Mullins's first half strike was cancelled out by three goals from the visitors who looked dangerous every time they went forward.

After the break two further goals from the visitors put the game beyond Glastonbury and despite later goals from Harry Whittaker and Sam Perry, the Dollies were unable to retrieve anything from the game.

Glastonbury will need to improve against Portishead Reserves this weekend in order to pick up any positive result.

XI: Fox, Allen, Bentley, HWhittaker, Russell, Whelan, White, Mullins, Perry, Odusanya, Linham.
Subs used: Warren (Fox, 61), Burge (Allen, 45), Harper (Odusanya, 81)
