Managerial duo, Mark Canning and Andy Bishop, have left the Evo-Stik Division One West club following a meeting with the board.
The Hillmen are 19th in the table, level on points with the bottom side, having only managed to win one league game all season.
Glossop announced the decision on Mark and Andy's position as "agreed to part company."
"The Board are determined to maintain our position in the Evo-Stik Division One West. We will seek to make an early appointment to ensure that this is achieved." the announcement added.
"Mark and Andy have shown a huge amount of commitment to the club and have been a pleasure to work with. They are both open and honest characters who earned the respect of the club during their tenure at the Arthur Goldthorpe Stadium and wish them the very best of luck in their future career."
"The Board would especially like to place on record their appreciation of the work Mark and Andy put in at the end of last season".
"There will be no further comment at this time."

Having recruited a younger squad, rather than the older squad of previous seasons, their position in the league does not represent the ambition of the club or supporters.
Beating Radcliffe in the league while they were top of the league was the high point for the club.
