Louis came into GNE last season, making his debut in an away victory on the road at Bootle in November. From there, Louis went on to make 25 appearances for the The Hillmen and form an integral part of the midfield in last year's squad.

A technically minded midfielder with an eye for a pin point pass, Louis tasted step 4 for the first time last year and goes into his second year in the Northern Premier League with a lot more experience for what this league is about.

Upon retaining Louis' services for the upcoming season, GNE manager Stuart Mellish said, ''A massive boost to the club that Louis has committed to another season, he will
