I TALK TO GNP CAPTAIN CHARLIE BENDALL ABOUT THIS SUNDAY'S GAME:

Q. This Sunday looks to be an easy game against CHETWYND HORNETS U17S but with such a bad defeat last week, how do you see the game going?

A. I think we will drastically improve from last week, we had the big " hair dryer" treatment after the game and we've trained really well on Wednesday so i think we will win and it will be a big confidence boost,

Q. They have only played one game in the league this season which ended in defeat so do you think it puts a little bit of the pressure off compared to Bedworth last week? Also, how much did the teams desire to win affect the performance last week?

A. I think everyone knew it would be a good game and everyone was nervous including myself. we need too look at last week as "we messed up" and use Sunday as a chance to get back on track and put us in the right direction for winning the title.

Q. How much is the team focusing on redemption and do they think they need to make amends for a below par performance last week? Also, how do they go about changing things in order to win?

A. Well I've spoken to the coaches about things we did wrong and they are trying hard to fix thing to help us win games.

Q. There has been quite a few injuries of late with Kulraj, Jack, Manav and yourself all with knocks can you give us any news on possible returns and how you think that will help the team?

A. Kulraj and jack are both looking at 1-2 weeks, Manav might be okay for next week and I think ill be okay for Sunday. they are all great players with special assets so as soon as they're back, the better we will play.

Q. With those players out it looked liked you struggled on Sunday, from a mental point of view, when key players are missing and you've lost your unbeaten run, how do you recover?

A . I think we see it as a fresh start. we where really poor but while its a shame its important to keep going. Every team will lose this season but its important to focus on how we move forward.

Q. How do you see things going this Sunday? what are the aims for the team going into the game?

A. I'd love to keep a clean sheet and i think its crucial to win and bag a few goals.
