Next Thursday we are honoured to welcome Tony to our kitchens to rustle up the Thursday night snack. For those who don't know, Tony graduated from St Peters University Gloucester, where he was captain of the rugby, basketball, cricket and tennis teams. He then moved to Dowtys where he honed his cooking skills when working overtime on Sunday mornings. It was also at this time that he managed to avoid his Italian National Service, allegedly!!! Tony also expanded his cooking skills whilst working at HM Prison Nationwide Recruitment.He has been head food taster at the Concorde Cafe and at numerous curry houses in Gloucester.

Tony is still the record goal scorer in the annual Boxing Day football match and played for Gordon League for many years.

Speaking with Tony earlier he said "hey shag, if they ordered this in a London restaurant it would cost them a fortune, cooking doesn't get any better than this and they will be coming from miles around to taste this"

Tony will be cooking Pasta con Ragu al Guancia Di Bue or roughly translated Pasta with Ragu Sauce.
