Ideally we would like a two-person management team who can cover the necessary coaching and management requirements. It would be preferable if the coach was qualified at Level 2 or above, but training could be done whilst in role. The management team would need to work closely with both the 1st and Reserves' management teams as we look to strengthen the links between the sides. We are looking for someone who is prepared to put in the necessary time and commitment to get the side pushing for promotion.
