Prims failed to break down a well organised Kimberley team. After having the majority of the possession through the first 30 minutes Prims could not break through the two banks of four players every time they attack.
On 35 minutes Elliot king hit the Prims bar, Dean Oliver could not clear the ball from the rebound and bought down Chaplin for a penalty. Chaplin took the spot kick himself which O’Brien was unlucky not to keep out.
Just before the break Kashefi took a shot from 25 yards which hit the outside of the post.

Prims again had the majority of procession at the start of the second half and was finding a way through the defensive wall, good work from Tyson and Fitzhugh down the right saw a cross from Fitzhugh fall to Sam Hawkins who put the ball over from 8 yards. Five minutes later saw Fitzhugh again cross this time Liam Oliver miss the target from 6 yards.
On 80 minutes Hawkins hit the Kimberley crossbar with a great strike from 20 yards.
Prims was then punished for their misses when on 81 minutes Chaplin scored his second with a free header following a free kick.
In the dying minutes Adcock fouled Owen Blake for Kimberey’s second penalty, Chaplin this tome sent O’ Brien the wrong way to complete his hat trick.
