Rovers, Olympic and Athletic have a great SSG programme.

With only one week remaining at the East Antrim small sided games programme, the three Greenisland teams have done incredibly well. The coaches put together three relatively even teams and they have produced week in, week out. The boys have been training on a Friday night at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown. They have listened and learned from all the coaches and it shows on Saturday mornings up at the Valley Leisure Centre, with some exceptional, entertaining football. They have picked up a few knocks and scrapes on their way, but have gave everything asked of them. I must give a special thank you to all the parents who also give up their time to bring the boys to training and the SSG programme on Saturdays. So on behalf of Myself, and coaches David Moore, Jonny Duddy, Jonny Luke and Luke Gourley, we would like to congratulate every single one of the boys for all their hard work and effort. Lets make the last week a good one and continue on with the training at the UUJ to keep improving.

The SSG programme will start back on the 8th March 2014.

Training will continue at the UUJ from the 14th December from 10am -11am
were we will try and get a few friendly round robin tournaments organised.

Greenisland Rovers, Athletic and Olympic....Onwards and upwards.

Keep up the good work boys.
