Against stronger opposition, with the few lads that turned up, it could have gone horribly wrong. We only had 15 players plus we borrowed Jordan Smith - this was due to injuries to Tyler (hand). Callum Vick (shoulder), long term injuries Jordan Salthouse (shoulder) and Jaime Norval (back). Callum Russell was working, Jake Barnett was working - not sure why Callum Thompson and Kieren James didn't make it.

We've made a great start to the season - if you look at the link you'll see we're top of the group with a bonus point but we were lucky to do that with 15 players, we must have more players available to give us cover in all positions. If we are short we could ask to borrow 2 of the U16s. We need to target games against teams like Mansfield because if we can do well against them, I'm sure we'll do well in the whole league. If Jake Barnett could get the odd Sunday off for games like that, it would greatly benefit the team.

I'm well into making the DVD from last season but I'm short of photos. Could please let me have any photos of the team from last season.

We're in the kitchen again this Sunday (even though we don't have a game) - can we please have volunteers.

You'll also see on the attachment that Lincoln top the league - whilst making the DVD I took note of the Lincoln V Grimsby game and even though we lost 28 -12 to Lincoln - we matched them in many areas of the game.
