This history of the game reveals the important part the town has played in its development from the earliest times and illustrates the unique and extraordinary cricket heritage that Guildford and its surroundings provide.

Packed with photographs, it also charts the 1st class cricket played at Woodbridge Road and the success of Guildford Cricket Club too.
