Vendors are being invited to tender for a pitch in the food village during our beer festival on 5-7th July.
The event held at Halesowen Cricket Club is in its third year, and last year attracted over 1,500 people during the event, with ticket sales so far and overall event capacity increased to 2,500 for 2019.
We're looking for range food vendors which will complement each other, and will be on site for the duration of the event
Set up - by 5.30pm Friday 5th July
Festival Opening Times
Friday 5th July 6pm - Midnight
Saturday 6th July 11am - midnight
Sunday 7th July 11am - 6.30pm
Maximum of four food vendors at the event
Vendors must have food hygiene certificates, Local Authority Hygiene certificates, Risk Assessment and Public Liability Insurance
Vendors must bring own power supply
Any expressions of interest must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on Friday 7th June and must include the following:
1. Name of Vendor
2. Brief description of food and pricing
3. Past outdoor events attended
3. Offer for pitch fee for full weekend
Successful vendors will be informed on Monday 10 June. All documents and payment must be received by the club a minumum of 10 days before the event from successful vendors.
