The day of the match has a number of small roles that need undertaking, unfortunately most people are focused on the rugby, not what's going on around it.

Coordinated by the Fixture Secretary (see Committee), the club needs;

Team Manager, to help select the team and deal with the player management on the day - currently undertaken by Ed Merry.

Facilities Manager, to set up the changing rooms and pitch in readiness for the players - currently undertaken by the players.

Refreshments, to cater for the spectators - currently no one undertakes this role.

Photographer, to capture match day images - currently undertaken by Roger Cuthbert.

Videographer, to record the game for both distribution and training purposes - currently no one undertakes this role.

Match Reporter, to write up the match and submit to the local papers - currently no one undertakes this role.
