Come and have your say in how the club will go forward next season, vote for the new committee and start the 23/24 season off!

Saturday 8th July - Afternoon - Training Day
A staged training afternoon for social media content to be used throughout the season; drone footage, team photo's and action shots that will appear online throughout the season.

Sunday 9th July - Morning - HIIT Session
Join Marty Smith and Project:Fit at Gosfield Lake for an hour-long High-Intensity Interval Training session to blow out the off-season cobwebs.

Monday 10th July - Evening - Touch Rugby
Get back into the swing of rugby with an evening of Touch. Join the summer touch squad for some high-paced ball play.

Tuesday 11th July - Evening - Signing on day
Complete your membership forms, the RFU documents, have your headshot taken, get signed into GMS and Pitchero (if you've not already done so) and collect your new stash!

Wednesday 12th July - Evening - HIIT Session
Back to Gosfield Lake for the second fitness evening of the week with Marty. These sessions are all body weight exercises so no equipment needed!

Thursday 13th July - Evening - Pre-season training
The week wraps up with the first pre-season training session of the 23/24 season. Lots to take in for the new season, not least the new tackle height laws, so a big turn out is hoped for.

Friday 14th July - Evening - The first social of the season
As a thank you for turning up to 6 or 7 of the activities, the club would like to treat you to a curry at our sponsors Curry Cottage we'll also throw in your first drink!
If you couldn't make 6 sessions, but made it to 4 or more, we'd still like to buy you a drink.
