Black is back! Away win in Lübeck!

The Hamburg Exiles RFC has proudly and fiercly secured an away win against our friends from Tus Lübeck Rugby 22-12 last Saturday. The black team played well, however with some sloppy errors making themselves sometimes their own worst enemy. First half was an exciting match and then Exiles started to become more dominant.

Hard work pays as four tries were scored, as a pure product of training. Congratulations to our scorers from the pack and from the backline: Enno (two tries), Alastair and Thomas. A truly international group of tries proving once again the success and the potential of the Exiles international flair.

As always Lübeck showed excellent sportsmanship and were great hosts. We thank them for that and we look forward to welcoming them in Hamburg with the same rugby spirit! Next game will be a home game on Oct. 15th in Barmwisch 22. Come and support your team!
