Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Club will be held at The Carlton Tavern at 7.30pm on Thursday 19th September 2024.
This meeting will be held in person only, and there will no video call facility. Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:
· Receiving reports from the Club Chairman, Club Treasurer, Club Captains and the Head of Youth Development.
· Review of the financial position of the club and adoption of 2023/2024 financial accounts. All adult members of the club are entitled to attend the meeting.
Members who are unable to attend may be represented by proxy. Proxies should be received before noon on Wednesday 18th September 2024 and may be sent by e-mail to the Club Chairman at reservoiroz@icloud.com. A form of proxy is set out below.
