To join the Dolphins you must register online on the Football Victoria PlayFootball site and then sign up with the NDIS provider Fit for Life -

Step 1 - Get a PlayFootball Account (if you don't already have one) and
log in to Playfootball.com.au www.playfootball.com.au

Step 2 - Use the 'Find Your Club Now' option to locate and register with the Hampton Dolphins (for players 12+ years)
This will cost juniors $40 or seniors $50. Registrations are now open at -

Step 3 - Sign up with Fit For Life
Players should then sign up with FFL using their ‘Referral Form’ https://fitforlife.com.au/referral-form/. 

We will need your NDIS details if you wish to use your plan to cover the sessional changes.

You are ready to play soccer with the Dolphins!

Note: Player Photos Now Required
Football Victoria has advised that you now need a player photo to register.
However, you can use any image and registration document you like.
As we approve the player registrations, anything you use will be OK.
