Dominant Harbury in nine try win!

Harbury 2nds produced an excellent display to beat there Dunlop counterparts 57-5.Harbury started strongly with the forwards particularly dominant especially in the set pieces allowing half backs Tom Webb and Jon Jo Cronin to get the back line moving. The first of Harbury's nine tries came after just five minutes with excellent second row Ben Swidryk crossing for a try which was converted by Tom Webb.Harbury were well in control at this point and a further converted score followed five minutes later through centre Gregg Peebles who was returning after an injury lay off. Some sloppy play allowed the visitors an unconverted try but Harbury were not to be denied, more good work from the forwards saw Harbury camped on the visitors try line with fly half Jon Jo Cronin eventually releasing Ben Swidryk for an unconverted try.Two more converted tries came before half time through Gaz Evans after a powerful run and Daz Kittendorf taking the half time score to 33-5
The second half saw Harbury up against the elements with the slope and a gusty wind in Dunlops favour, also the game had been reduced to passive scrums due to an injury to the Dunlop hooker which hampered Harbury's dominance in the scrum.Harbury were still well in control despite the elements against them and it wasn't long before Gregg Swinburn crossed for a well taken try,the conversion missed in the tricky wind.Replacement centre Steve Alford got on the scoresheet for an unconverted try shortly followed by another try for Gregg Swinburn who was in support after a typical barnstorming run from Dan Shinkwin, this time converted by replacement scrum half Rich Mazurek. The final try of a good afternoon for Harbury came from the powerful Dan Shinkwin which was again converted by Mazurek.

Man of the Match was Lloyd Storey for a great all round display but the whole squad played very well.
