Interim Manager Syrus Gordon signed off his tenure today with 3 points after a late goal secured the win against promotion chasing, Wembley bound FA Vase finalists Cockfosters.

Already regarded as a legend by the club’s supporters for his achievements on the pitch as a player, that status has now been further secured this season by leading the club to safety after suffering a points deduction for going in to administration in January.

Everyone at the club would like to place on record their sincerest gratitude to Syrus for stepping up during such a difficult period. A huge thank you must also go to Paul Hook, Warren Clarke, Martin Barnard and of course the players for all their efforts since January.
