Whether you can give an hour, a few hours or the whole day, we want your help on Saturday 25th July for our Club Force Day. Everyone is very welcome!

We start at 9:30 so please come along and lend a hand.

There's a lot of cleaning, tidying, painting and some repairs to do and we can get it all done with your help!

Make a note of the date now - you're not missing anything that day! It will have come home or not by then, no test matches and no rugby internationals.

And there's a BBQ later in the afternoon for all the helpers!
