Harrow had two good chances early on which they should have done better with. After a cut back from Hayden Brown, De Borg side footed a shot straight into the Uxbridge Keepers hands.
Then Doherty had a great chance for Boro to take the lead with a header that was tipped over the bar.
Uxbridge started to get the better of the exchanges, playing some good football with bright movement upfront. A couple of good crosses fizzed across the Harrow box with Uxbridge forwards failing to connect. The first goal came after Mbele miss controlled a simple pass and losing possession. An Uxbridge winger robbed Mbele of the ball and drove a low shot into the bottom left corner.
Uxbridge kept some good possession without hurting Harrow, but were always posing a threat.
At half time Harrow made a change, which saw Mensah go off for Larwood in attacking midfield. The substitute had immediate effect with Larwood making some fantastic exchanges with the forwards.
Eventually Harrow equalised via Marc Charles Smith. After standing up his defender and shifting the ball onto his left foot, He slotted the ball in from a tight angle.
Harrow were now on the up, George Deacan made a great run from right back which resulted in a great finish to put Harrow up 2-1. A third was added after a goal mouth scramble with the ball only being cleared to Richie Mbele at the edge of the box who drove a deflected shot into the Uxbridge goal, 3-1.
Deacan again forced the issue with a shot that was knocked into his own net by a Uxbridge defender, then Substitute Lemar Griffith got in on the action after some good play scoring with a nice finish bottom right corner.
Harrow were not finished yet, with the score at 5-1 the best was yet to come. After some great build up play, the ball was passed wide to Griffith who wiped in a near post cross and Hayden Brown got across the Uxbridge defender to head into the goal, An exceptional team goal to round off a scintillating second half - 6-1.
Boro go above Uxbridge in the league table to 5th place, with games in hand on all of the top four.
Next Saturday AFC Hayes Reserves visit Earlsmead for another Suburban League fixture.
