Business of the A.G.M.
1. To receive the audited accounts for the year from the Club Treasurer.
2. To receive the annual report of the Committee from the Club Secretary.
3. To elect the officers of the Club for 2023-24.
Decisions made at the A.G.M. shall be by a simple majority of votes, with each full member entitled to one vote. A full member is one having paid the annual subscription fee which includes those by direct debit.

The General Committee: Composed of those elected officers and a number of members determined at the AGM.
Nominations for elected officers may be made prior the the date of the AGM by a full member and include a seconder who must also be a full member. Nominations, with full details, should be forwarded to Club Secretary, Chris Corkin no later than Thursday June 15th. Any matters for inclusion on the meeting agenda may also be forwarded by the same date. The meeting provides for Any Other Business.
The AGM is an important date in the Club calendar and an opportunity for all members to contribute to the affairs of the Club. Please make every effort to attend.
