Scheduled for a 7pm start, the meeting will be held in The Lindridge Lounge at Mayfield Park.

The Committee and Club Officials will provide an update on last year and the future, with the meeting open to all members.

The Committee also gives notice that all officers will be required to be re-elected by the membership.

Any member who wishes to be considered for an official position should enter his/her name to the list posted on the notice board at the entrance of the clubhouse, together with a proposer and seconder who are also members.

All members are invited to attend.
