Hartlepool Rugby Club is seeking passionate coaches and volunteers to help shape the future of our teams, on and off the pitch.

As a proud community club with teams ranging from minis to senior rugby, we are looking to recruit a number of committed, enthusiastic coaches and managers to join our growing setup.

Whether you’re an experienced coach or someone keen to get involved and learn, we’d love to hear from you.

All roles are supported by the club, with access to RFU training pathways, a welcoming environment and the chance to make a real difference to players’ development and enjoyment of the game.

All coaches will be required to undergo a DBS check.

Girls Coaches
With our girls’ section continuing to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic coaches to help deliver fun, inclusive and high-quality rugby sessions. These roles are ideal for anyone who is passionate about developing the women’s and girls’ game.

Under 9 Coach
The Under 9 coach will help introduce young players to the fundamentals of rugby through engaging, enjoyable sessions that promote participation, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Under 6 Coach
This role focuses on introducing the youngest players to rugby in a fun and safe setting, developing basic movement skills and confidence. No previous coaching experience is required - just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.

If you’re interested in any of these roles or would like an informal chat to find out more, please email: hartlepoolrugbyclub@outlook.com

Volunteering with our teams is a rewarding way to give back, meet new people, develop transferable skills and play a part in the future of Hartlepool Rugby Club.
