Following a week's break, Hartlepool are back in action tomorrow when they host Seaham at Mayfield Park (2.15pm KO).

Pool pushed unbeaten league leaders Guisborough all the way last time out, narrowly losing out 22-18.

There was a couple of opportunities towards the end of that game that could have seen the visitors take the win and the players left the field frustrated and disappointed that they didn't have more than a losing bonus point to show for their efforts.

With back to back home games to come, beginning with Seaham tomorrow, they will be determined to make an instant return to winning ways.

Seaham currently lie 11th in the table and drew 24-24 with Darlington at home in the previous round of fixtures.

The hosts welcome back two front rowers in Graham Wilson and Lewis Dawson-Weatherill who both missed the trip to North Yorkshire.

Kieran Watson partners Jack Riley in the second row with Shane Ivey moving to number 8.

Keagen Thomas is unavailable so Harry Mayes partners David Chester in the centre and Tyler Hall takes up a berth on the wing.

Harry Pritchard, a relative newcomer to the sport, is named among the replacements and is in line to make his first team debut.

The young winger has been in impressive form for Hartlepool A this season scoring two tries in six outings for the Maroons.

1. G Wilson, 2. Dawson-Weatherill, 3. Williamson (c), 4. Watson, 5. Jack Riley, 6. Dickson, 7. Carney, 8. S Ivey, 9. Taylor, 10. Ainlry, 11. Hall, 12. Chester, 13. Mayes, 14. Winter, 15. L Wilson

Reps: 16. Osborne, 17. Jeffery, 18. Pritchard

Hartlepool A have been in fine form in recent weeks and enjoyed a well earned rest themselves last week.

They have won their last three games including the 32-27 victory over local rivals West Stags a fortnight ago.

Ben Drewett, Rory Craig and Tom Wilson all scored tries in that win and all feature in tomorrow's match day squad.

The front row pairing of Stephen Ward and Andy Cummins return to the fold, while Kris Dawson will be looking to carry on the form that saw him named Player of the Month for October.

Michael Smalley, who broke his thumb playing for the first team back in September, continues his return to action following a try scoring outing for the Friars last week.

The sight of joint top try scorer Stephen Cole's name on the team sheet is a welcome one. The rampaging centre has five tries to his name so far this campaign.

Brian Osland, Dylan Thomas, Anthony Emmanuel and Timmy Din also return.

Team from:

Cummins, Ward, Dawson, Smailes, Drewett, Swift, McDonnell, Smalley, Laybourn, Sharp, Lester, Craig, Cole, Jukes, D Thomas, Osland, Connor, T Wilson, Emmanuel, Din
