All members are warmly invited to attend. The Committee and Club Officials will present reports reflecting on the past year and looking ahead to future plans.

In accordance with the club constitution, all officer positions will be subject to re-election.

Any member wishing to stand for an official role, or committee, must add their name to the list on the Club Captain's Board in the 1893 Bar.

Nominations must include a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be club members.

We encourage all members to attend and take an active role in shaping the future of Hartlepool Rugby Club.
