Following the delay to the start of the season, the RFU has confirmed new dates for the affected league fixtures, with both our Men’s 1XV and 2XV seeing changes to their opening schedules.

The 1XV will now begin their Counties 1 campaign away to Medical on Saturday 26 September.

The original league opener away at Houghton has been rearranged for Saturday 19 December, while the home fixture against Tynedale Raiders will now take place at Mayfield Park on Saturday 10 October.

In Counties 3 South, the 2XV will now begin their campaign with a local derby against Hartlepool BBOB at Mayfield Park.

Their away fixture at Newton Aycliffe has been rescheduled for Saturday 9 January, while the short trip to West Hartlepool Bucks will now take place on Saturday 10 October.

We are still awaiting further information regarding the affected 3XV CANDY League fixtures and will provide an update as soon as the revised dates are confirmed.
