It's the Sandra Hanley Open this Saturday and all players are welcome to pitch up and play. Suitable for all abilities, male or female. Just turn up and we will have some touch rugby fun.

Touch rugby is a great way to get into rugby. It's non-contact so no need to worry about getting hurt. Everyone can play. For those experienced players it's a good way to keep your skills and fitness up. For those less serious or new to the game it is a great introduction or a chance to get some exercise.

We hope to see as many people as possible this Saturday.
