Harton's Josh Rodgers found Kyle Houshby deep in the left hand side of the Cleator Moor Celtic penalty area but Houshby couldn't quite control his shot that ended up hitting the side netting after 3 minutes.
Cleator Moor Celtic hit the bar with a shot on 5 minutes, and also get in another shot shortly after that was blocked out by a Harton defender to the right side and a driven cross was too high for any Cleator Moor player to capitalise on.

Harton striker Juste Akani fed fellow player Andy Hall who rode a tackle to get in a shot from 16 yards that was blocked on 29 minutes.
Harton drove again through the middle and Rodgers just failed to find Heads running into the box on the edge of the Cleator Moor penalty area. (30 mins)
Andy Hall won a tackle midway inside the Cleator Moor half and drove forward before curling a delightful curling shot into the top right corner of the Cleator Moor net to level the scores.

On 39 minutes Harton's Darren Wann weaved his way along the left side Cleator Moor goal line before pulling the ball back into the 6 yard area for a great chance for Harton but the ball was cleared. From a Harton free kick, Akani headed onto Shuan Heads who turned and shot from the edge of the box which was blocked on 44 minutes.
Cleator Moor had a free kick that was delivered deep into the Harton penalty area, the ball wasn't cleared properly and Neil Crammon facing the goal, headed past his own keeper into the corner of the net on the stroke of half time. (45 mins).

Harton started on the front foot in the second half, when Houshby drilled a hard low cross from the left to the 6yrd area but Harton striker Juste Akani was deemed offside when attacking the ball. Harton followed this attack up soon after with a corner that was cleared.
Shaun Heads was still feeling the effects of recently returning from an ankle injury and playing 3 games in just 5 days, and was replaced by Frank Ofozie on 60 minutes. Dale Wells was replaced in midfield soon after by Jak Quantrill (68 mins).
On 73 minutes Andy Hall won the ball and turned and found Josh Rodgers in space 25 yards out who shot but scuffed his strike when well placed. On 75 minutes Steven Usher was booked following a foul that he overly contested.
From the resulting free kick Cleator Moor scored a 3rd goal when Darren Little shot into the corner of the net covered by the wall of Jak Quantrill and Andy Hall. It appeared that the ball went between the players at around head height, that could possibly have been cleared if they had stood firm.

Andy Hall who had had a very good game to this point for Harton was suffering from a sore heel, and was replaced by Michael Fletcher who moved across to the left wing with Frank Ofozie playing right.
Frank Ofozie drove down the right wing and crossed along the six yard line for Fletcher to get score with his 1st touch of the ball.

Great work by Frank Ofozie who was causing the Cleator Moor defence all sorts of problems, led to a 3rd Harton goal when he worked his way to the right side goal line and crossed along the six yard line and again finding Michael Fletcher at the back post area who added his 2nd and Harton's 3rd goal for an exciting finale to the game.
