All players are asked to pay a £5 cover charge, which will go to the Wooden Spoon Charity.
Martin has been taking registrations, but any players who have not registered yet are welcome to turn up on the day to play. This is also an ideal oppurtunity for new players to get some experience (you won't be expected to play a full game!).

Players, please arrive by 13:30 to register and allow time for the teams to be arranged.
There will be after match drinks, and presentations of Sponsor's Trophies, and the coveted "Harwell Wooden Spoon Trophy" to the winning captain in the Legion after the match. All players and spectators are encouraged to attend.

"The Wright Place" (Little House on the Prarie) will also be open, serving a selection of tasty beverages and snacks. There will also be a range of Harwell RFC club kit,including shorts and socks, and club shirts and ties.

Wooden Spoon is a children's charity founded in 1983 that is dedicated to helping underprivileged children and young people all over the UK and Ireland to live happier, richer lives.
Over the years, Wooden Spoon funded projects have included projects such as medical treatment and recovery centres, sports and activity areas, sensory rooms and gardens, playgrounds and hydrotherapy pools to include outreach programmes for kids in their communities.
