My association started with Harworth Colliery over 20 years ago, firstly as a player then taking over the Under 19s for several seasons. More recently I have been involved managing at Eastwood CFC from under 14s to Under 18s.

I have always had a good relationship with the club and its members over the years and when the opportunity came to put my name forward for the current under 21 position, I didn’t hesitate. I am honoured to be given this responsibility and have already been working on ideas to attract quality young players to this football club.

The Under 21s have been hugely successful over the past few seasons, not only winning titles and cups but providing the core of the first team. This is something I am keen to continue, creating a competitive side whilst also looking to provide players for the Development team and the First team.

Developing and promoting youth players at the club will be my main goal - Haworth Colliery is a fantastic place to develop at for any young player with the correct attitude and application.

I want to personally thank Brendan and Jonny Wilson for this opportunity and I am looking forward to working with them again.
