Match Preview ahead of tomorrows trip to Woodhouse Colts by Chris Forsyth

On Saturday we travel to Forest Town Arena to take on Woodhouse Colts in Central Midlands Alliance action. As always, your support is greatly appreciated by everybody at the club. The address for the ground is Forest Town Arena, Clipstone Road West, Forest Town, NG19 0EE.

We currently sit in ninth position in the league table, with 29 points after 25 fixtures. On Tuesday we drew 1-1 at home to Staveley Miners Welfare Reserves, with Will Gomes scoring. Last Saturday we lost 6-0 away at Yorkshire Main. On Saturday 6th April we won 4-2 away at Rossington Main Reserves, with Alex Gibbins, Will Gomes, Cory Goodwin and Adam Morrison scoring. On Saturday 30th March we won 4-0 at home to AFC Phoenix, with Adam Morrison scoring twice and Marley Alder and Viktor Mlynarski getting the other goals. On Tuesday 26th March we won 2-0 at home to St Josephs, with Cory Goodwin and Cam Till scoring.

Our hosts currently sit in 13th position in the table, with 24 points from 25 fixtures. On Tuesday they drew 0-0 away to Rossington Main Reserves. Last Saturday they won 2-1 away at AFC Phoenix, with Jamie Royle and Liam Theakstone scoring. On Saturday 6th April they lost 7-0 at home to Elite.

The two sides have previously met on one occasion, with Woodhouse Colts winning 2-1 at the Jones & Co Recreational ground on Tuesday 5th September. Josh Fraiwald scored for Colliery, with Daniel Barke and Keenan Leeds scoring for Woodhouse Colts.

One to watch for Woodhouse Colts will be Jayden Bull. So far this season he has scored 10 times in 21 appearances.
