Supernova SA Academy receive first shipment of kit

Hatfield Town Football, and Chairman Chris Maloney are excited to announce the shipment of hundreds of items of kit to our friends in Ghana, the Supernova SA Academy.

The kits were transported over by Mel Tomlin, a parent of a former HTYFC youth player, and are old kits previously used by our youth teams.

The second-hand kits have proved a massive hit with the young children at the academy, who have sent us loads of videos of photos of their training sessions, with plenty of smiling faces!

There is another shipment on its way as we speak, with 4x times as much kit on its way to the academy, including full adult kits.

This is a massive thing for our club, and we are so proud that we are able to help people all over the world, with football at the centre of it all.

The club and all involved are in the process of developing some fund-raising ideas, in order to get even more kit, resources and equipment to the Supernova academy and hopefully more children all across Africa and the world!

IF YOU CAN HELP or want to get involved in this amazing project please contact Chris on:

A massive thank you to both Mel and Chairman Chris for making this happen.
