You may remember that early in the New Year, with the help of Shaun Stirrup and Chris Ogden-Smith, I created a competition to encourage attendance at Training sessions. At the half way mark it has emerged that there are 8 players who are heading the competition for one of the three awards.

Leading these is Alex Murphy closely followed by Tom Ireland with Bede Bartlem just edging ahead of his two Australian countrymen, Sam Mellor and Josh Sippel with Calum Fielding, Steve Gilbert and Stuart Poole very,very close behind. However with at least 10 more training sessions to come there are a further 19 players who could easily change all that and bring themselves into the running for a share of the £175 reward available.
