We will be starting the pre-season training on Tuesday 28/07/09. You need to check back here each week as training days may change and apart from phoning me, this is where you will hear about it. Between me and Fessy we are hoping to train at least once a week over the summer, with a couple of weeks with 0 or 2 training sessions.

So at the moment the next few weeks are as below, but you need to check here and we will finalise each week be then weekend before.
