Kiel Dunbar put in another fine display at flanker, winning Man of the match again. Kevin Ryder gained mom number 2.
Helsby where let down by a few lads not turning up after confirming they would. A unfortunate incident before kick off also meant Lewis Ainge missed the first half but wanted to show his worth in the 2nd half when he came on and made some great defensive tackles. Chris Goggin at 10 didn't see much ball as Helsbys forwards where always on the back foot. Helsby also went down to 14 men early in the 1st half when Phil Arkell seen a yellow card.
Well done lads for turning up and sticking at it again. Lets hope the lads who wasn't available start showing more commitment. Thanks to Mike Williams & Phil Salisbury who helped us out massively today & also thanks to the lads who played through injury to keep us at 15 men, Matty Lee, Alex Marsden & Sam Taylor.
Keep going Helsby things can only get better.
