Kwik Cricket – Aimed at children aged 7-10. Starting 12th May running every Sunday until 21st July. 10am – 12noon
£4 per child, per session, and the children just turn up, pay and play.
Kwik Cricket teaches the basic cricket skills of batting, bowling and fielding so that the children can progress quickly to playing in well-organised Kwik Cricket games. The younger children may not have played cricket before while the older ones are coming along to practice and improve the skills they have already learned in previous years. The children move quickly from one exercise to another so that they cover all of the cricket skill areas in a two hour session. The children will be working hard but we also throw in some fun games as part of each session.
For both programmes, parents can stay to watch, or leave and return later, as they please. Refreshments are available for the parents who stay to watch: tea, coffee, bacon rolls etc.
Please pass this information on to friends and neighbours who would like their children to play junior cricket at Hertford C.C.
