Hi,
Pre-season is well underway now.We have changed things up so lads are coming in at 6pm to be put through there paces by Athlon Fitness doing weights and running before training.All the boys have been tested and are making good gains.There have been less goings and more comings than last season which is a positive sign.Rory Seymour has moved back to Northampton and Ben Lloyd has moved to Southend.Both have been great servants of the club and we wish them both all the very best.

New Signings
Kellen Mcdougal-Most of you will know his older brothers and Kellen is a winger or full back
Toby Armstrong-Centre/Fullback Toby hails from Truro and has been at Loughboro university
Luke Mongston-Openside Flanker-Luke has been playing in Holland and also for Perth in Australia.
Charlie Parkhouse-Winger-Scored 30 tries for Shelford 2 season ago and has been at university last season.
David Hale-Scrum half who is a Hertford youth product.
Morgan Powell-Back row from Oaklands college.
Sonny Swift-2nd row who is a Hertford youth product and has impressed in training.
Liam Batty-Fly half who played for us 2 years ago and was at Brentwood last season.
Daniel Hood-Prop who is again one from our youth system and is having a year out from uni.
Will Stacey-Back Row-Back from his sabbatical at Luton.
Liam Shiels-Prop-We have signed Liam and he has been working hard on his fintness.He captained the 3rd xv last year.
David Spriggens-Centre-Played for us 3 years ago and also for county 20's.He has been at uni.
Jordan Wilson-Scrumhalf/Flyhalf-Joined from Enfield this season.
Iwan Dawes-Another youth product who played in the county Champs last year.He is still at uni in Cardiff but is keen to play for us this season.
