Biography

Daniel joined the club when he was 6 years old in 1990 and came through the ranks before making his 1st team debut at the age of 15 in 1999 soon establishing himself as the clubs main striker. He was part of Graham Peters' double winning team at the age of 20 in 2004 and achieved the same feat 10 years later this time as club captain.

Having played for nearly 20 years at the club, Dan decided to move to rivals Fleetwood Hesketh in 2010 but returned a year later when James Smith took over the managerial role. In March 2013 Dan broke the club record after scoring his 100th first team goal away against Millom FC surpassing the previous record of 99 held by Gary Keenan.

In 2014 Dan moved to Euxton Villa FC but despite a successful season decided to come back a year later. Dan currently has 267 first team appearances and 134 goals which include many hat-tricks.
