Hire a Hero is a registered charity, which provides support for military personnel who have served our country.
The charity was formed to ease the difficult transition from military to civilian life by offering assistance with employment, training, housing, and care as well as specialist support for the injured.

ABOUT THE GORILLAS

The Gorillas Rugby Club was formed in 2014 as a tool used to promote the charity and raise awareness for the cause worldwide, as well as making direct donations to the charity from our own fundraising efforts. The club is 100% financially self-sufficient, relying on personal contributions of our members along with the generosity of our sponsors and donors.
The Gorillas are not just a rugby club! We regularly organise off-field events such as golf days, endurance challenges, boxing nights, and social functions.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Anyone can be a Gorilla! You just need to share our vision of supporting our heroes - the men and women who have served our country.
We are always looking for new members, supporters, players, sponsors and donors. We welcome ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages, and regardless of your interest in rugby or the military!
