Biography
Richard "Old Father Time" Legdon
Leggy as he is more affectionately known, is a suave and sophisticated player who is now the lynch pin at the heart of the Holme Lacy defence.
When not playing football he likes nothing more than entertaining guests with a cup of tea in the drawing room of his south Kensington apartment. Before he retired from teaching at Eton, at the age of 143 (this is disputed on Wikipedia, as it say's he was around when Adam was a lad) he had many famous pupils such as Father Christmas, Moses, Nelson and more recently Charles Dickens.
Don't be fooled by his love of the finer things in life, he is not a soft touch, for he has had many brushes with the law, albeit only the fashion police. Leggy is a big influence both on and off the pitch and this is evident as he is currently in proud possession of the captains armband.
