HKP Mini Rugby Enrolment Day Registration for HPK Mini Rugby for the 2015-2016 season is now

HKP Mini Rugby Enrolment Day
Registration for HPK Mini Rugby for the 2015-2016 season is now open. Here are our details:
Date: 8th Aug 2015 (Saturday)
Time: 10:00am to 12:00noon
Age: 4-11
Location: PSRC
Membership and Fee: Renewal $200 and New Member Registration $500
Enrolment can be made by completing the “Registration/ Profile Form and submitting it to the HKP Mini Rugby registration counter in person at PSRC between 10:00am to 12:00noon on 8th Aug 2015.
Our club will only accept the application with cheque that is payable to HKPRFC. Please mark the child, parents name with contact no. at the back.
Children of serving members of HKPF and other players who are interested can apply for registration. For encouraging members of participation, we will have the MVP (Most Valuable Player) and the MVP (Most Valuable Parents) this year. There are two main areas we will take in to consideration including attendance in training, Festivals and Rugby seven and the comments from coaches for the Certificate with Medals.
For year of 2015-2016, the charge for registration of renewal will be $200, and new member is $500. Both kind of members include (training, medals, certificate, X' mas gathering and yearend gathering). We will provide one set of player kit ( top, shorts and socks) for new member only. All players are required to wear full HKP Mini Rugby suits for training.
Rugby training for the year 2015-2016 probably begin in 6 September 2015 (to be confirmed), which take place every Sunday between 10:00am to 11:30am at the PSRC Rugby Pitch. We will notify you by email and Facebook for reschedule.
Besides, we will have recruitment of parents coaches at the same day, if you are interested, please sign up in the counter. Please note that parents need to participle in a weekly exercise, being instructor, responsible for training of under U5 players, to assist coaches for training U6 or above players. Lead small players to participate the matches and HK rugby 7 of the Performance March.
Attached the application form, please fill in and bring together with hardcopy to visit our booth on 8th Aug 2015.

警察迷你欖球會註冊日- 08/ 08/ 2015
2015/2016 警察迷你欖球會現正招募小球員(年齡由四歲至十一歲), 我們接受舊生及新生註冊。
日期：08/08/2015(星期六)
時間：上午十時至十二時
年齡：4-11歲
地點：太子警察遊樂會
會員及費用: 舊會員$200，新會員$500
申請方法: 警察迷你欖球會會於2015年8月8日上午10:00-12:00，於太子警察遊樂會進行招募，煩請把申請表格列印後填寫，並於用作即場報名註冊。
我們只接受支票申請，煩請當日預備填好的申請表及支票, (支票背面填上小朋友名稱，家長名稱及聯絡電話於支票背面)。
香港警務處任職的成員或其他人仕，有興趣的小朋友均可申請，為鼓勵球員，今年度我們將有MVP(最有價值球員)及MVP(最有價值父母),我們會以訓練出席率，比賽出席率，香港欖球節7 出席率，及由教練的推薦評語，並於季度尾獲得奬牌及証書，以作鼓勵並於賽季尾由大球會盼發。
於2015-2016季度，舊生註冊費用為$200元正， 新生註冊為$500元正。此費用已包括訓練，獎牌，獎狀，聖誕節派對及季度尾派對。新生除了以上包括，更包括一套球衣，一條短褲及一雙球員襪子。另外，參加訓練小球員是必需穿著整齊運動制服的。
