The Honiton AGM took place at the end of July, giving members an opportunity to review the past season, hear about the club financials/vision for the coming year and vote in new members to committee roles.
This year Chris Gould took us through the vision for HRFC following our Twickenham success last year and Andy Canniford gave an overview of the club finances and a new structure to the management committees for the coming season.
You can find the full presentation used at the meeting on the link here. Within the presentation you will see that we have a number of volunteer roles which remain unfilled:
- Club Volunteer Co-ordinator
- Events Manager
- First Aid Manager
- Junior Section Lead
- Safeguarding Officer
To support with finding volunteers to fill these roles, we have uploaded some job descriptions to the link, which will allow you to understand more about the role. If you would like to speak to anyone about the roles, please get in touch with the section lead.
Appointments to vacant roles will be discussed at the first committee meetings of the coming season with the dates arranged as follows:
Rugby Section - Thursday 15th August - 7pm at Honiton RFC
Operations and Commercial Sections - Tuesday 20th August - 7pm at Honiton RFC
If you would like to stand in one of these roles, or raise an agenda item, please get in touch with Jeremy Rice. (Jeremy.Rice@btinternet.com)
