With yesterday’s announcement it was confirmed that the club will continue to be closed which obviously puts the club under financial strain.
We have started a Go Fund Me as a base to receive grants from various places that require us to show that we have the support of our members and the community.
It’s been a tough year for everyone and the club had previously made the decision not to charge social subs for the year. The £5 a year helps cover the costs of running the clubhouse however our social members have not been able to us it, so we waived this fee.
We are asking those members/parents, that would usually join as a member in September, if you have £5 that you are able to gift to us rather than paying your 2020/21 subs than please do so.
This is voluntary, the parent/social membership for 2020/21 is still waived but if you do have a spare fiver in these rough times please consider donating.
Any money raised will go towards keeping the clubhouse going. Paying bills that still run regardless of whether we are open or not.
