Just one more week until we can go indoors, but there is plenty action outdoors this week.


Just one more week until we can go indoors, but there is plenty action outdoors this week.

The excitement starts on Friday evening with the Colts kicking off at home against Sunderland RUFC! KO is 7pm and the clubhouse patio area and side line beer garden will be open from 6pm.
The bar and kitchen will be open as usual.

Onto Saturday and the Senior squad travel to Eden Park to face Peterlee and Horden RUFC. KO is 2.30pm.
At home Durham Demons take the main stage, they play Whitley Bay Barbarians. KO is 2.30pm.
The patio and beer garden will be open again and your lovely waiting staff can provide you with drinks and snacks.
Clubhouse opens at 1pm

Onto Sunday and this will be our busiest day since reopening.
The mini and mids are in action at home against South Shields Westoe.
TAGS, 9s and 10s KO at 9.30am on the main pitch
The 11s and 12s KO at 10.45am also on the main pitch.

Can we remind parents and players that they should not arrive more than 30 minutes before their fixture. This will prevent crowd congestion, covid restriction’s are still in place. Parents please remember rule of 6 and keep 2 meters apart.
Teas, coffees, and beverages will be available from 9am in the clubhouse beer garden.

Onto the afternoon and the U15G welcome Ryton RUFC to Dairy Lane at 1pm. Followed by the U18G V Darlington Mowden Park KO 3pm
Both away teams are very established good team and we are very much looking forward to seeing some beautiful rugby from all four team.
Same rules as above for arriving players. They should not arrive more than 30 minutes before their fixture.

Looking forward to another great outdoor weekend before we open the clubhouse doors inside on Monday following Boris’ announcement.
