The 16s host in the semi finals of the County Cup!

A catch up with last week's results before we get busy with this week.

Senior Men V Prudhoe and Stockfield - HWO Rugby won!

Junior Results:
Colts v West Hartlepool 29 - 10 (W)
U16s v Morley 46 - 5 (W)
U15s v Whitely Bar Rockcliffe 12 - 58 (L)
U12G v Gateshead Had Fun

Ladies v Ryton 70 - 5 (L)

Onto this week and we have a huge 12 home games of Rugby for you over the weekend!

It all kicks off on Friday night with the Colts hosting to Peterlee & Horden RFC. Kick off is 7pm. Kitchen and Bar will be open as usual.

On Saturday the senior men host two games.

On the main pitch, the 1st XV continue to go for champion's of the Counties 3 league. They host to Seghill 2pm. This game is sponsored by FW Packaging (Northern) Limited, for all of your catering needs.

Over on Durham Road, the Boars are in action against Ponteland also 2pm KO.

Onto Sunday,
The minis host to local club Sunderland, 10am KO 9.30am Meet.
The 13s kick off at 11am on the Durham Road pitches.

On the main pitch the U16s are hoping to advance on last year's cup performance with a place in the final of the County Cup. They host to DMP in the semi final at home, Kick off is 12pm, please get down to support the lads if you can.

Straight after at 2pm, the U12 girls are in action. Houghton RUFC host their first ever U12s tournament. We look forward to being joined by the young rugby lasses of Alnwick, Morpeth, Redcar, Hartlepool, Billingham, Hartlepool Rovers and Darlington.
It's going to be a great day!

U14Gs V Penrith 2pm KO
U16Gs v Whitley Bay Rockcliffe 11am KO - National Cup Replay

The Ladies are also in action this weekend. After the big loss in the Cup on Sunday, the Houghton ladies walked away with nothing but positive after losing to a very well drilled Ryton side. The Hornets had a low penalty count, dominated rucks and played with determination and heart regardless of the Scoreline.

They will take this to Ponteland this Sunday. 2pm KO away from home.

As usual the bar and kitchen will be open.

The shop has had a bit of a revamp and a restock however we have no staff this weekend to open it. The Club Manager will be able to open it around after 12pm.
