The Houghton girls continued their shortened season welcoming Darlington Mowden Park to Dairy Lane.
Houghton started the strongest, applying superb pressure from the kick off which led to Houghton to over turn the ball in centre field and following superb continuity of play from both forwards and backs, Kenzie Burnside crashed over for Houghton's first score and her first for the U18's. Georgia Massey kicked the conversion.
This set the tone for the rest off the afternoon which, despite the valiant, hard working efforts of the DMP girls, saw Houghton continue to dominate in both attack and defence, running out clear winners and scoring a total of 9 tries throughout the afternoon including a first U18s try for scrum half Molly Gault. Summer O'Brien converting four.
Overall an excellent performance from the Houghton girls that saw great contributions from all players.
