As a result of COVID-19 the club is closed until further notice.
The club is no longer available for hire and all birthdays, christening and all bookings have been cancelled.
Large income community events such as Summer Strum have been cancelled.
There is also an outstanding loan to the RFU from the refurbishment.
All these are having a severe impact on the finances of Hoylake RFC but we still have expenses to pay with gas, electricity, water, insurance and maintenance of the building/pitches if the club is to exist going forward.
Members welfare comes before the club and it has been decided that all adult playing membership will be reduced to £5 pcm.
Unfortunately PITCHERO are not currently in a position to vary payments.
Any players wishing to vary their payments should cancel their playing subscription and are requested to re-join using the ‘COVID-19 temp’ @ £5pcm from the web page (the same as non playing subscription.)
Should anyone who has joined our ‘Hoylake RFC’ pitchero site who does not contribute a subscription to the club but feel they could help are also asked to join the ‘COVID-19 Temp’ membership or join permanently as a Non playing member @£5pcm.
If possible we will review the position of the virus @the AGM in July. If this is not possible we will communicate with members nearer the time.
Hopefully there will be rugby at the club in September.

In the meantime we have many members of the club and their family who are on the front line and our thoughts are with them through this terrible time.
